03 - 6 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread
04 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise

# How-To Steps:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
03 - Arrange three toast slices; spread each with half a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
04 - Place half the lettuce and half the turkey on the first slice; season lightly with salt and pepper.
05 - Top with second slice of toast, mayonnaise side down, then spread half a tablespoon of mayonnaise on top.
06 - Layer tomato slices and bacon, then remaining lettuce and turkey; season again if desired.
